I did not have a good experience. I called and made an appointment and confirmed my appointment over the phone. During this call I also provided my vison savings plan information and was told what the total cost would be for a routine eye exam for my daughter. Showed up at said time/date and was told that our appointment was not for today but for another day. I advised the women at the desk that it was her who I spoke too over the phone, and I was told the wrong day. I was not mistaken since I wrote down the information, repeated the date and time during the original call. I asked if my daughter could be seen today and was told that there was an appointment 2 hours later, no prob...I did not want to waste another day to return so I agreed to come back later. Returned later and waited for about 20 mins to be seen. Doctor was nice and eye exam was done. They had a very small selection of glasses for kids, so we opted to just look elsewhere. During check out for the exam I was told another price which was double the amount that I confirmed with my savings plan and with eye-site when I originally called and made my appointment. I was upset but paid. I called my vison savings plan and was told that it must have been the way the doctor bills which is why it was extra. I called eye-site to get a better breakdown and was told that the bill was for the eye exam and the refraction test aka a vison test. Why would they charge separate for each? I was not told this beforehand even though I called and discussed the cost. We could of went elsewhere and be seen in much less time without the headache for a fraction of the cost. In all my years never had this issue regarding a routine eye exam and never paid this much with or without a savings plan or insurance. Sadly, I would not recommend eye-site and wont be returning.

My experience at Eye-Site was exceptional! The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help out. I strongly recommend stopping by for your next eye exam. The frame selection is very extensive as well.
