Ordered 2 fabrics over 2 weeks ago (not a complicated order) and not had anything arrive yet. Although they say on their website allow 7-10 days for delivery, I havent had any communication from them either so pretty poor service so far. Cant give it anything more than 1 star until I hear from them!

Advertised and sold me an item they didn't have in stock and couldn't even get. Took me over a month to get my money back and that was only as a result of opening a case and claim through PayPal. I would not recommend this company.

This is one of the best purchases Ive made in regards to fabric :) This beautiful lurex viscose with vibrant blue flowers was one of their remnant items (4.5m precut) and I was able to get it delivered within 3 days after it was shipped. This is unbelievable, considering that I live across the Atlantic ocean. The fabric itself is so beautiful in person, and I just cant stop staring at it! Ill definitely shop more from Rainbow Fabrics in the future; their service is exceptional and the fabrics wonderful.
