Positive: Location Negative: It is worn out,not a Star experience. We got a great price so feel in this case cant complain. If I would have paid more or was wanting a special experience, I would have been very upset with rating on this Hotel. Should be a 3 star.

Pretty disappointed in our treatment. Our son who was on leave from the AirForce to get married had asked his mother and I to help book a room & add flowers for his bride on wedding night. We left keys at front for him. He arrives an hour later to be hassled at front desk for not showing Military ID and they qanted wife to drive 45 minutes back to grab key from manager, turn to side and hand them to our son. Somewhat Ridiculous & seemed to sour the mood.

Fantastic location, clean modern rooms, the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in that I can remember, nice staff, and a very reasonable price. This is now our got to hotel in downtown Minneapolis.

Stayed here on 02/04/2022 for an event. I was very impressed with the friendliness of staff and how nice the rooms were. The rooms were kinda dark with not a lot of lighting it seemed. Also the restaurant was also amazing I love their breakfast. Overall very great experience I cant wait to be back!
