Uncooked chicken on our pizza, and the waiter didn't check on us after we complained about our uncooked chicken. The manager or owner was very helpful and refilled our drinks, but service is bad bad.

TBH, I really loved the cheese pizza, BUT ... The service was just... Sheesh! Undescribably bad. It took 15 minutes for someone to bring water and the waitress took forever to serve 4 cups of lemonade alone! We asked and reminded 3 times and right in towards the end, she only THEN told us that they were sold out that day.

Good experience overall. Beautiful outdoor setting. Wish there was more shade outside. Salmon pizza was awesome. Creative tasty with the egg on top.

The worst experience of our week long trip to Chicago. We arrived with a group of 20 business students attending a conference nearby. Before we sat down we checked with the hostess to see if we could split our bills and she assured us that the restaurant could do this for us. We were taken to our table which turned out to be two separate tables which were side by side (this was totally fine). Half of us sat at Table A and the rest of us were at Table B. Table A had a wonderful server and at the end of the dinner she easily split all the bills for everyone. However, Table B had a very different experience. Our server was very rude from the beginning and appeared to not care about us at all. While Table A was given glasses and bear mugs our table was given plastic cups. Additionally, at the end of the dinner our server refused to separate our bills and was being very rude and harsh to us. When we told her we were assured bills could be separated she continued to say the restaurant would never do this; thus, implying we were lying. Moreover, Table B ordered 6 shots, however, the bill had 18 shots on it (at $16 per shot). The server refused to take off these shots even though she knew we only ordered 6. After being rudely confronted by the server and taking verbal abuse for 15 min we called the manager over. The manager stood there as I calmly explained the situation and at the end all he said was we never split bills. The manager then said nothing else and simply stood there glaring at us. Another 10 min later, we finally got the server to agree to split the bills. However, before she would split them she said I want your credit cards now!, so I can guarantee you will pay. We refused to hand over our cards before seeing the bill because we did not trust that the bills would be correct. It took the server 30 seconds to separate the bills on the computer. However, when we looked at the bills we saw there was this extra charge so we asked what the charge was and the manger said "well since our workers do not get health insurance like you do in Canada (we are Canadian) we add this fee to pay for their health insurance". Of course, we thought this was ridiculous and so we told the server we are not paying this extra $3-4 fee and she did actually remove it. When we were handed our bills, they were attached to a cool postcard that guest can take home. After I paid my bill I was turning to walk out of the restaurant and the server walked up to me, ripped the postcard out of my hand and walked away. Something that was just totally petty. The whole time the manager just stood there watching everything and saying nothing. Overall, the food was good, but the experience was the worst I have ever had at a restaurant. I will never ever go back here and I would recommend you stay far away.
