Hi Sarah, I'm sorry you're disappointed with your order, but you haven't even come in to pick it up after several attempts on my part to contact you and Phil. This review is the first response I've had from either of you since I notified Phil that order was ready on July 20th. In my email, I explained that there was an issue with one of your shirts and after a few attempts at reprinting we were not successful - that is why I refunded your money for that item. Your order was also completed (minus the refunded shirt) within our 7-10 business day turnaround time. I had expected when you came in to pick up the rest of order that I could show you the shirt and the issues we had printing it. You have not given me that opportunity since you haven't come in to pick up the order. This was the 3rd order you placed with us and the art was very different this time. This set of designs had multiple colors and shades and you were only able to provide me with a Photoshop file - which limits the applications that we can use. In my email communication with Phil, I had explained that based on the design and file you provided that Direct to Garment would be your only option. I did mention to Phil that if you wanted to go with screen printing, that we could have the art vectorized, but that you would loose the shading you had in the design because our screen printing process would not be able to pick that up. He decided to go with Direct to Garment. We've had multiple in person meetings for each of your orders and I spent a lot of time going over things with you to help you in launching your clothing line. I went over all of our apparel printing processes, the downsides to each based on your goals and I showed you samples when we first met. I'm very surprised that I am getting such a negative review from you since you were happy with the first two orders and you haven't seen the current one. Please come in this week and pick up your order and I would be happy to go over the printing issues with you.

Honestly super dissapointed in the lack of quality work this company has to offer. We ordered a couple shirts to be done, because someone had bought them from me. I created the initial design and just needed to get it printed. It took over 2 months and in the end I got a crappy response after it all that "it couldn't be printed" for reasons I still don't know. Absolutely ridiculous, super negative to work with, ended up having to refund the shirts to our buyer and I was so pissed off I didn't even pick up the two shirts that she was able to make. Every single time we had an idea for a shirt, she always tried to talk us out of it by being so negative. There were no other provided solutions. I had a very clear cut idea, I knew exactly what I wanted and she could not deliever. If you are someone with a creative background, I would not reccomend this place. They only like to do things their way or not at all.

I worked with Kreative Design to come up with some hats for my company. Krista was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Helped with choosing which design would work best, informing about about supply chain issues and suggesting alternative products. Will definitely work with Kreative again for future designs.
