Bad experience! Bought A truck in early August and met Andy at the yard. Andy told me Truck would be finished completely reconditioned and ready the following week. I finally received the truck in mid October. 2 months to get Truck after Andy told me it would be ready in a week. I also paid 6k for for a new serco grapple, when Truck arrived in Idaho it had a very old used grapple on Truck, Andy only refunded me 3k. Andy never apologized for anything. Many things wrong with Truck when i received it. Andy talks a lot about himself and how great he is, how wealthy he is but in my personal opinion guys that talk like that are con artist. Be careful when buying a truck from Andy, lots of false promises. Shady used car salesman! I could go on about a lot of things but I think u get the idea.

Mr.Miller, I am so sorry that you had these issues with the truck. To truly state the facts straight, you failed to mention that you sent somebody to INSPECT this truck and crane. I personally ran the boom and allowed your inspector to test drive the truck before you made the purchase. I at no time did I misrepresent this truck and I am sorry that you have this opinion of me and my company. Please contact me so that you could bring the truck back for a full refund. For those who know me, recognize that I do not need to lie to sell trucks. It is unfortunate that your inspector did not do his due diligence and report the two defects to you. We are from Michigan and just bought a crane truck from Andy. Hes not a very truthful person. He lied and said everything worked great on the truck. The remote crane doesn't work, there was an issue with the transmission. He hides behind his secretary and won't call you back. Secretary calls me back and says we got a good deal on the truck they aren't fixing it. I highly recommend that you not do business with this company. Shady business.

Upon purchasing a new Serco loader from Andy at First Fleet Truck Sales, we HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new or used loader to contact them first and foremost..not only will you receive quality workmanship, friendly faces, honesty and integrity and an upmost pleasant experience but We were also continually kept updated on the progress of the removal of the old loader and installation of a new L8500 loader with a 48" waste grapple which met all our expectations, we presently have another one of our high rail trucks getting updated boom work done to it. I went down to see a truck listed on internet...got there only to have some old man act very rude and arrogant and tell me they had no truck to sell me...i called again the number listed and spoke to andy ..he came within 5 min..took me to a different location and showed me the the truck in question...i liked the truck..and although it was not finished ..he told me it would be 69k out the door and i agreed...i left a 1k deposit to assure our deal...he gave me some ladys number for the financing...but she wanted to screw me with no vaseline at a 21% interest rate...he then told me i got a different guy...ill send u the number ..hell get you financed no worries..that truck is yours.. called guy no answer ever..called him..hardly any answers...told me truck would be ready in one month...never got a ph call back...when i called first fleet..they told me andy was unavailable on vacation..and that they had returned my 1k deposit last week....they never gave me an explanation or even let me know what they where doing..meanwhile im waiting on a truck that they were never going to sell to me...everything was a lie... The best part was i told him in email and txt messg ..that id buy it cash ...that i got the whole amount and didnt need financing and they still ignored me...very rude..very unprofessional..very uneccessary..lost a good customer and good word of mouth...i found the very truck he was selling on a previous auction for 25k...thats what andy paid for it...he put a bigger bed and four new tires and paint..im pretty sure he was making a profit at 69k...it was a 2005 international..log truck..thats about what they run for.. In the end it was better for me..i found a 2006 sterling dual axle with less miles and in excellent condition condition..auto...with prentice grapple retired from city of orlando for 65k cash....i will buy my bucket truck next..but it will not be from first fleet .. They have no buisness ethic ...and specialize in run around tactics How do you return deposit and not even let customer know...i found out a,week later...and only because i called looking to speak with andy..if not i woulda been waiting two months ..to only find out they sold it to a higher bidder possibly...unethical and low!! First fleet is not the best choice in my opinion..be careful !!
