Ive captained teams for over 8 years now and the Missouri Valley administration did not follow the weather rules for the match that we were supposed to play!! Im very disappointed in there staff. It was a heartbreaking experience for my team.

The campus is gorgeous and well maintained, some of the staff was helpful and friendly (some not so much), but the advertised shuttle to area hotels was non-existent. When I inquired about it I was told it's managed by an outside company. I pointed out it's included as a service ON the USTA National Campus website and I was then told to call the events department. Very disappointing, especially when the service is included on their website as well as the hotel's website.

Awesome place to play and learn tennis great tennis courts awesome staff and workers there I was there alot of times had a great time playing there, I loved the hard thur soft courts the best ,I also loved u can video yourself playing singles or doubles or just practicing, huge fan of the place John the slicer heenan

I Was here today as a hitting partner with a pro, bad experience. Im not the type of person that usually complains. But I have to say something since this was not acceptable. Got to the facility, received our court number. We had clay court number 2. The clay was very slippery and worst of all, the court was full of water damage underneath the clay, therefore around the baseline area, in about 5 different spots the ball would Simply not bounce, it would make a weird sound and the bounce would just die. This would not be playable for serious practices as well as matches. After our hitting session we couldnt even take a shower before our drive back, the showers were closed down, no reason mentioned. Also, we were trying to eat something before heading back on the road, and there was simply nothing To eat. I understand that Covid might have an influence on the facilities operations, but nevertheless, for the people that are traveling hours to come practice there, there should be showers available as well as some type of food options. Expected more of this 60 million dollar USTA facility. I would not recommend booking a court there during these times.
