Tattoo Artist Dina was so unpleasant, that all I want to do now is to remove my tattoo, as the memory is not good. My friend couldnt choose the tattoo, which is normal if you are doing it for the first time, but Dina was rushing her badly, rolling her eyes and was just being rude. I went to do my tattoo first, instead of my friend, done it in a rushed way, not completely happy with the size, but I just didnt wanted to argue or ask her to make it smaller, as I felt super uncomfortable. It was my second time in the salon and I was happily recommending people to do their tattoos in there, but wont do it anymore, as my experience was terrible, the tattoo on my wrist is too big and todays day is the last thing I want to be reminded of while seeing the sign on my wrist. The receptionist (I dont know the name) was friendly and professional. However, it doesnt change my opinion about the salon. Choose your Tattoo Artist wisely!

I'm sorry you feel disappointed with your tattoo Marc. Alex made sure to check with you on the final design before starting the tattoo, and you were good to go ahead. You were happy with the tattoo when it was finished and you checked in the mirror. You mentioned the cross in the eyepatch was not straight but it was explained to you that it was so because the eyepatch itself was at an angle so the cross should too, this seemed to put your mind at ease and left. When you returned a week later with your concerns regarding the shading, Alex offered a couple of compromises to make the tattoo more to your liking. He took time to explain why your idea to just fill the entire skull brown would not look good or age well, and would in fact spoil the tattoo. For this, I am sorry we couldn't come to an agreement. You are always welcome to come back and discuss now that the tattoo is fully healed and hopefully agree on how to move forward , thank you.

I find myself so disappointed with the way Alex the tattoo artist received my no satisfaction on the work he did for me I'll post a photo later, but the fact that he missed my Tattoo didn't bother him at all! It was just that he made me feel like I was at fault I offered him a solution that I like and again he refused, honestly know ridiculous what Alex so-called Artist understand by not happy results if you are not satisfied with the work asking it is your fault (Bravo Alex) so that's what I ask him +- of course and without arms Marc

Avoid and RUN! I used this place to get a tattoo and the result is just awful! It looks like a 4 year old kid has drawn on my body! Not straight and doesn't even look good. I never EVER give my card details out to anyone and avoid paying for stuff over the phone and even online most times however I had to pay a 50 deposit to book my appointment. I do not want to accuse anyone however the same day a transaction of just over 180 left my account and I can not recognise it whatsoever. I have reported it to the bank and they said it was an online transaction. Very strange that this happened right after I used this company and as a matter of fact I never ever pay for anything online or over the phone Will not recommend and never go back
