Hi Olivia. I apologize you were not happy with our services. There is a fee associated with pulling items due to the labor that is needed to locate your items and pull them from your storage space. These fees are outlined in our contracts and customers are asked to agree to them when requesting items. Our team let you know about the missing items ahead of time and reached out as soon as they had solved the issue.

Callbox storage seems like a great idea, but poor execution. Every time you pull an item out of storage you are charged a fee. I was charged $7 to pull a broom out, $7 to pull a trash can out, and $7 to pull an ironing board out even though I picked these items up myself. Delivery fees make sense but the information on pickup fees was not relayed to me when I set up the account. I also went to pull my mattress out of storage to sell and they lost it. The queen sized mattress was missing for almost 3 weeks, there were no updates from Call Box during that time. I had to keep calling for updates and the buyer rescinded their offer due to this mishap. I received no compensation from Call Box. They also did not log one of my art pieces, it was just found 2 years later after trying to deliver it with another item. It has now just been added to the inventory listed in my storage.

For example, all couches are stored in our customized furniture racking the same way a couch retailer stores their brand new inventory. Bicycles are stored in our customized bike racks. All items are appropriately tagged and tracked accordingly. However, we do not take items out of your boxes and place them in boxes with other customers' items. Its taken me forever to review this place but no way could I forget. I trusted them with my belongings and when I went to retrieve my items they had lost my microwave and one large bag. To make things worse they charged my card for two months after I had moved out. I would just do the work of storing my own things guys. Almost forgot to mention they had my items in the same storage box as another household which is disgusting because you never know how sanitary the next person is. Be careful.

Let me preface this by saying: I dont usually leave reviews. In fact I have only done so one other time in my life. THATS how impressed I am with this company. From the start, they have been ON POINT! Just had a couch pulled from storage, that they took their time to carefully wrap along with many other items, & delivered exactly as promised. The delivery representatives, Marcus & Denzel were AWESOME; extremely professional & friendly!! I have already recommended them to family & will continue to recommend them as they are all around TOP NOTCH!!

Callbox has stored my very expensive antique french desk. The desk was delivered with the center draw missing. I have spoken with several people in the office Jason, Tony and Ronnie only to be told they are still looking for the drawer. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the missing drawer. The customer service and the safety of my items have come into question. Can I really trust them with my remaining items? Debating if I should file a BBB complaint. CL Sheppard
