Really wish I would have went here before placing my order. Went ahead and ordered a flag to be just like the one that a coworker previously ordered, and received something that was not even worth the material it was printed on. But as the company has made it clear it must be my fault as the customer that if I send you $140 that in return I will get back something that looks like it took 5 minutes to do with a sharpie marker. When I could go online and order a 5' x 5' flag, stitched and reversible for $60 at most. As you tell by the pictures this order was not important and the company "assumed" that because it was going to be put in a frame that the care and attention to detail did not matter. A direct quote from the company "Im not really sure what else you were expecting from a piece of nylon that was digitally printed to be framed." Again it must be my fault as a customer to expect a company I paid $140 to produce something of quality that reflects the amount. As an Active Duty Marine, the product received would be an embarrassment to present to someone as a going away gift. We will never return to do business with this company and will discourage anyone else from ever doing business as well.
Hi Brian, Unfortunately communication between the departments fails sometimes and humans don't always like to admit when they are wrong. Seeing as your order has already been refunded, please do not worry about the product being returned. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience and I hope we can make it up to you in the future.

Called to order part(Aug or Sept). An hour or so later, realized didnt need part so called and cancelled order. 4 -8 weeks later part shows up at house. Called Arkansas F & B, woman said they didnt send part. I told her to send me a return label and I would send back. Near end of Nov. charge to my account shows up, fought charge. Today, Jan. 14, some a$$hat calls and said I denied charge to account. I said damn skippy I denied charge as order was cancelled within an hour of ordering. He said it didnt work like that. Send me a return label and I will send part back. .....addendum...My credit card company reversed charges because you were attempting fraud, not because you refunded the order. The order was cancelled, approx. 3 months later I was charged for the part, then it showed up 2 months after that.There is not any reason to think I would do business with you again. Your customer service needs improvement!
