Almost the worst service ever. Order didn't arrive, they took my name and number to call me back with status - never called. I called them back again and they put me "on hold" and after several minutes I was prompted to enter my order number, which it wouldn't accept it and they disconnected me.

If you only want cheap and fast then great. But if want what you ordered then look elsewhere. Of the 4 times Ive I have ordered banners and specifically requested them to be hemmed/stitched only once did I receive what I ordered.

If you have a problem with your order expect a prompt response followed by being completely ignored. Ordered 250 very expensive double sided full color, and edge painted. business cards. Used there web tool to design my own. Selected a black back ground uploaded a png image with no background color (transparent). Tried to center the image. (there design to lacks measurement guides.) When the cards arrived it appeared as if I had uploaded an image with a black background and put it over a lighter black background. They looked terrible. at over .50 cents a each I expected much better quality control. Edit: after a few weeks I did get a refund.
