When it works, the Speedy-400 is great. Unfortunately, Trotec has awful tech support and documentation for their Speedy-400 series of lasers. It can take hours to get ahold of a human in any department. I suggest contacting the sales department first as they are the most responsive. There are no assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, or parts lists available for the Speedy-400 series so if you do buy one be prepared to not be able to service it yourself.

We love both our Trotec Speedy 300 and 400 Flexx lasers. In our 23 years of business weve owned 9 different lasers from 3 different manufacturers and I can easily say that the Trotecs are the best machines we own. They are fast, reliable, and the Job Control software is an incredibly powerful tool.

I have been using TROTEC products as my main supplier. They have great products and AWESOME customer service. I have had a few (2) small issues out of a bunch of orders and they fixed them 100%. GREAT PEOPLE MAKE A GREAT COMPANY!

We have been using Trotec machines for over 20 years and fully satisfied with the machines themselves more importantly the service should we have an issue. I'd recommend Trotec to anyone looking for a laser supplier.
