Since we reprinted 25% of your order at no additional charge to you because we felt like you had a valid issue, we do feel that we should be paid in full for our work. Our concerns with your logo and 50+ years combined experience told us that your logo was perfectly straight and we checked our work throughout the process. We hope you find a screenprinter that is willing and able to live up to your standards and can accept you questioning their ability to and explaining every detail of how they do their job so you can understand how the process works. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Mixed quality of work throughout one job. Some shirts came out with extremely crookedly placed logos, others weren't too bad. When confronted about the issues the staff was not willing to see the problems and stated that everything looked fine to them. They proceeded to send me a bill for the full amount after I was not happy with at least 50% of the work. When I told them I was not going to pay the entire bill due to the inconsistencies, they threatened to send my invoice to collections and basically told me they don't care that I'm not satisfied with the work. Their customer service started out okay, but then quickly became terrible as soon as I tried to explain to them i was not happy with some of the work. There are plenty of other screen printing businesses in the Black Hills area, I suggest going to any of them other than Alpine Impressions.

Have used Alpine a few times for various events and used both printing and embroidery services. Always on time and looks great. Also very helpful with design recommendations and adjustments when I've needed them. Love having such good quality and personal service from a local store!
