Walked right in to the parts section. Was able to find and pay for the parts with ease. As I'm walking out 1 employee starts arguing with another walks up to him puts his finger in his face and basically told him you going to stop disrespecting me while I'm on the phone. Had to be broken up by other employee. I get it things happen. Take it off the floor and away from customers. First time at this location what an experience.

I drove down from NJ to look at a specific preowned Lexus model in BMW of Alexandria's inventory. This trip happened a week after looking at the same car at a Lexus dealership between NJ and VA (more specifics eliminated on purpose). The vehicle was disappointing due to condition and years of missing maintenance, and really had no business being at a luxury car dealership. Also, I feel a Lexus salesman should be educated when it comes to cars of the brand - even discontinued models - that was not the case. Fast forward to this week - I found the car on the lot (took a gamble not checking availability) before store hours and walked in at opening time and was greeted by Abed. He promptly showed me the car and I was driving it within 15 minutes, and he took the time to show me some features that I was unaware of, along with a Carfax that showed the vehicle was dealer maintained regularly. The price, while not a bargain by any means, was fair given the condition and mileage. So I stretched my budget quite a bit and told him I wanted to proceed contingent on financing. We both agreed that financing a 14 year old car was challenging - my credit union here in NJ would not touch it. Enter Jeremy in F & I - he ran my specifics through his channels, and got me an excellent rate through a VA credit union - it was not much above the rate for my 2020 Ford daily driver. This was an excellent experience, this dealership is highly recommended. Coming from someone with 35 years in sales - I started at 17 selling furniture in my local mall - I can say Abed and Jeremy are true professionals.

Service department never answers the phone. Called several times and nothing. The only person I liked here transferred to another location, from what I understand several employees left. Starting to understand why. Ill drive an additional 20 minutes out of the way to avoid this location.
