We are so sorry about your experience. We have always had a large sign at the register, as well as, the policy being printed on every receipt. Watch out! *No refunds* I love the merchandise at this store but recently had to return an item that didn't fit and was told they don't do refunds, just exchanges or store credit. Icame within a week with the receipt, didn't matter. They don't let you know that at the time of purchase and I was surprised and very frustrated to find that out after the fact - who does that?!?

I have shopped here ever since they opened. I have been in several times recently to find things to wear for special occasion coming up and I know i can always find something! They have great selections even for myself (a mom of two kids)! However, i havent been helped or even spoken to the entire times i have been in the store. I could understand if it was for a lack of employees but that wasnt the case. Just last week, there were five girls behind the counter and I listened to them talk about there distaste for milk and there love for the show one tree hill. I had to get my own dressing room and get my own sizes when something didnt fit right. There were other shoppers as well and they werent being helped. The only time someone spoke to me was to check me out. I want to support local businesses in Augusta, but their management needs to be aware and train them better. This happened at the furys ferry store and has also happened at the surrey center location several times.
