Really great customer service. Make sure you are aware they are not in VSPs network. Expensive mistake on my part.

Fantastic experience at this store. Staffs are super helpful and very friendly. They can anticipate your needs and give you answer before you ask them. Optometrist is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. One small thing is that I felt slightly rushed during my appointment with the optometrist. But it was lunch hour so I totally understand.

Really nicely curated selection of glasses in a beautifully designed, modern boutique space. Feels like an art gallery for eyewear run by friendly and welcoming seattle hipsters. The exam rooms have a relaxed lounge feel, not like a typical doctors office at all. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and they takes Covid 19 measures seriously which made me feel more comfortable during the exam and while shopping. Pandemic precautions I observed included limiting the amount of customers at a time, requiring face masks, and sanitizing surfaces and even glasses after being tried on.
