Was down at haven earlier today and we were rudely escorted off the football court by some security guard because we were locals and my friend was taller than him. Tell the short grey-haired security guard to reconsider his position and haven as this was unacceptable.

Caister was ok but not the best park we have been too. The adventure park looks fairly new so it's clean and had some good things for the kids but mostly needed paying for. The arcade was very small for a park of caisters size. The shop was ok but was well over priced considering there is an lidl two mins down the road. The shows were not as good as other parks the acts were not as polished and flowing as others we have seen. Now the worst part was our caravan. I know we stayed in a saver van but we expected some level of standards. The shower did not drain away took 20mins for the water to go. One of the kids bedroom smelt bad and it was only when I got on the floor to check we hadn't left anything behind I smelt a really strong smell of urine. The water heater had an open view hole for the ignition light so a child could put thier hand straight inside the heater. The cupboard also smelt of gas. We have a Autistic child and she does not register danger like other children do, she could have opened the unlocked cupboard with it in and put her hand straight inside. At best this cupboard should have a lock on it. The park is the biggest we have been too so we were expecting it to be the best on that coastline but we feel it is not, we have been to Hopton and Seashore. Seashore is by far a better park to visit for a good overall park experience.
