I was fortunate to visit the headquarters in Goshen IN. Tracy, in the entrance area, was most kind assisting me with items that I was wishing for. When I told her I wanted a pic of their sign for my sister, she was most gracious to stand in the wind & blowing snow flurries to snap the pics. Thanks Tracy for your great customer service. Also, your products are my favorite designs & collections. Just a great company, great demos, & great classes when I attend conventions.

You can have a tour of the facilities and hear the whole backstory of the company. Wonderful employees. We had a lovely time.
