Thank you for taking the time and leaving the review. Your statement is contradictory. You booked a job where our engineer did what you requested and the agreed price. So you're complaining that job was very quick. However, the engineer did not have the correct tools. How can you complete a job in a short time without having the right tools? Maybe you can explain better what you want to describe.

Thank you for taking the time and leaving us this review. I want to draw attention that for someone inexperienced if you mention just figures, they may not have all picture. Removal of a broken spark plug is a comprehensive task and if not performed correctly in a sense that even smallest debris if dropped in the combustion chamber that could lead to engine failure. Also, the spark plug seat on the cylinder head it has to be perfect; otherwise, this can cause running issues again that can lead to engine failure. Having good access to the spark plug is essential to carry out correctly the removal process inspection and guarantee the job. Important to know is that even when the process is not completed, 100% engine could still start. Still, after a few hundred miles, you can experience a problem like a misfire, spark plug failing, compression escaping or even piston damage. We have advised the only route where we guarantee the work. You have taken a chance and tried an option that in our point of view was not safe. Thank you

Experts with professional tools i don't think so they couldn't remove a broken sparkplug outside my house at the cost of 280 said car had to be taken apart at there garage at the cost of 550 instead so i got a secound opinion at a local garage and they had it out within an hour without taking it apart for 110 beware of the made up prices and the fake experts.
