Hi James, Were really sorry to hear youre struggling to move your phones to another provider. Unfortunately the handsets are part of the service package and are proprietary to the supplier, who restricts access and limits the device to just their service. We haven't provided services to James Broome Photography for over two years. We would advise you contact the supplier directly and request they 'unlock' the handsets. Careful with this company. Used for years then when I wanted to leave they wouldnt unlock the phones I bought from them. Left with s of useless Cisco phones!
