Lovely tree lined street with the pungent aroma of dog piss. If you like the smell of dog urine and would like to contribute, this is a good place to live.

One of the finest buildings in Manhattan in a mellow neighborhood. Soulful, quality built, solid, inspiring, down to earth vibe, great neighbors and views, happy helpful staff. You feel proud and grateful living here, part of its fascinating history. Stayed at a friends on off for 2 years because of work. Only downside is all the ugly modern luxury buildings sprouting up around the high line displacing locals and artists, and most people living there are anti-social. Need a little local green park for dogs too around 25th (but thats not the buildings responsibility). For the money London Terrace is Best city building apt Ive ever lived in.

London Terrace Towers (LTT) is a beautiful residential complex of the four corner buildings located on Ninth and Tenth Avenues between West 23rd and West 24th Streets in West Chelsea, Manhattan. LTT offers residents wonderful amenities like a charming indoor pool and rooftop terrace.
