Horrible customer service. Impossible to get a response, sometimes months without hearing back. Phone number invalid. Company is a joke. Best bet is to never get started with an order in the first place.
Cant's post zero stars - but it should be none! I have ordered from them multiple times now (only game in town for my son's school). Never do they deliver in a timely fashion. Never do they immediately respond to inquiries. Horribly run business ... they are lucky they are the sole suppliers because if there were other options, I would gladly take my business elsewhere. Waiting more than two months for items ordered in October. Previously waited three months for uniforms. I have never had a pleasant experience with them. Unfortunately I have three more years of dealing with them until my son graduates. I should probably order his uniform shirts for next year now - maybe I will see them before he graduates!
I recently returned to my alma mater and I took the whole family. We stopped by Campus Customs and Raiza helped us out tremendously. She helped us find everything we wanted and took great care of us. I highly recommend!
Tried to order custom backpacks for an upcoming work trip. I had to follow up on my own consistently for more than a week to try and get an answer on pricing. After my third time calling in I was told I would have a proposal emailed to me "this afternoon" one week later and still nothing. If you're not affiliated with Yale don't waste your time trying to get a quote from them, they clearly don't care about their smaller customers.
