Our company uses thier tire machine and the product broke down. We called and were told that they would come and help fix the problem. Our general manager even told them exactly what was broken and what needed to be fixed. The person we spoke to on the phone said not a problem they would be down right away. It had been an entire week of us loosing business, In the one season that tires swaps happen most. Finally the manager called again and ask what was going on. Left a message asking to be called back. Phone call was never returned and the next day someone FINALLY came down...only to tell us exactly what WE already told them what needed to be fixed and that the mounting head assembly would take another ten days to get to us. At this point we were annoyed that the guy that visited us ,was just there to tell us what we already knew and not even adresss the problem ( aka fix the machine). Now the owner and manager spoke to the same person on the phone only to be accused of our employees abusing the machine..... even though the repair tech told us that on the new machine was reinforced on the parts that had broken on ours because of design flaws. Everything aside we just want the machine repaired and were quoted the repair prices (which was expensive but we didnt care at this point) but now we are being charged expedited shipping, another 100$ , only saving us two days from the ten days on top of the week it took for this company to realize they never sent anyone to see us and tell us its our fault, call our genral manager of 10 + years a liar and without apologizing or even admitting to any fault of miscommunication and i quote " it is what it is" on helping us understand. Our other location has never had any issues with their tire machine, but its not a hunter product. We will use thier product till it dies again and never give them our business again.

We have a hunter machines which has issues quite often. Your mechanic, Mike, has been coming for the past month, month and half, and still can't find the problem. He keeps on checking in through a "trial and error" system, he keeps replacing parts that do not need replacing and he keeps charging us but the problem remains. Because the mechanical was unable to complete his job within a month and half, our customer were very unhappy and kept complaining to us that the alignments of their truck were not good. This keeps happening because Mike keeps on saying that the problem is fixed and that the alignments should get better but they don't. In fact, they get worse. We are suffering because a designated Hunter repair man can not fix our Hunter machine. So many of our customers were unhappy with their alignments that they gave us really bad reviewed and therefore ruined our reputation and our credibility. We should not be loosing customers because your staff is incompetent and doesn't know how to get the job done!!!

We got off to a rough start not having the best luck with our first used machine we were able to make a new deal on a new machine and Aaron Gwin made it happen we are pleased to have a new machine and feel like they went the extra mile for us

Very poor customer service, end users could not even get parts!! Dont spend your hard earned money on this company that cannot help you for nothing!! Gave me the run around for 2 weeks!!! Hunter customer service is TRASH! Your better off with a China built BendPak do NOT RECOMMEND F+F+
