Went to look at a car, they were nice but when it came to buying they refused to budge from the price. Re checked the next day and offered one more time, kept telling me they had to wait for their boss. All day I waited to hear back. Right before they closed they message me saying they have someone possibly coming to look at the car between 1-4 days and if that falls through they would take my deal. I told them no, rubs me the wrong way to have an interested buyer hang around waiting all day over a 500 hundred dollar difference. The car wasn't special and there are loads just like it a way better price.

I have had for less than a year about 4 months and my check engine light has turned on twice. The first time the guys at the dealer tried to cover up the probelm. The car was pricy but they made is seem like an amazing car well they knew exactly what there were doing. Not trust worthy horrible quality in service and cars. Do not recommend at all I would want anyone to get screwed over how I did I hope this helps.

So my wife and I have been looking for an FJ Cruiser for a few months now and came across one at this dealership. We live in California and Solano's is in Reno, NV so we gave them a call and spoke directly to Pablo, who along with his father is the owner. Pablo is an AMAZING person and his costumer service is unmatched. I dont think Ive ever been treated better or have had anyone go as far as he did to please us. He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would ever even expect from someone in customer service/sales. As I mentioned before we live in California, and because of that, vehicles require a specific catalytic converter in order to pass smog. So, one of the things he did for us, that literally blew us away (in a good way), was take it all the way to Truckee, CA from Reno to see if it would pass smog. He was extremely patient and answered every single question we asked, he was very honest, kind and really made us feel like family. I would recommend ANYONE to him, and wouldnt hesitate to return. Thank you, again, for everything Pablo!

The best customer service I've ever gotten at a dealership, from the initial contact through finalization of the sale. Nice selection, good vehicles, and the owners are on site. I won't go anywhere else in future, and would recommend to any of my family/friends looking for a vehicle.

bunch of frauds who sell Lemons, don't buy from this company, as another person said after 4 months we had this car and we've had to replace the breaks /brand new transmission / now engine needs to be replaced / tires had wires sticking out not to mention they said they had the own mechanic say It was all good and signed off / then they pulled the you've drove 7,000 miles In 4 months? ha how do you drive 7,000 miles in Reno in 4 months...
