I would never intentionally ignore an email and without knowing exactly who you are and when you emailed me, I do not know what you are referring to because I reply to everyone. SANFRAN LA, I believe you have the wrong business. We dont have a counter here.. just open showroom floor not to mention everything else in this post doesnt fit our business. Ill be glad to go back and look at the cameras to see when you were here for 20 minutes unattended and had such horrible customer service. All Ill need is the date and time. Hopefully you will find the correct business to show your disappointment and remove your review from my business.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service !! Ive tried ordering from them like 4 times and the times I go in to the place its closed even though it says its open. I walked in once and the guy behind the counter left to the back and left me standing for 20 mins and I still walked to the back where the workers were and asked for help and still no one came out. They hardly ever answer and the girl on the phone is terrible with communication. Ill take my money somewhere else where they actually care about customer service

Friendly, responsive and completed quality work as promised. Embroidery work was done on Birthday and Christmas presents. The recipients of the presents loved their personally embroidered apparel and blankets. We highly recommend PC&C Embroidery.
