Hi Kendra, We have significantly updated the box. We are now on version 3.0 of our box and it has the same performance as our original box. It's also significantly more environmentally friendly and easier to recycle. You do need to remove the waste to recycle. This is true with any product. Please contact [email protected] and we would be happy to offer you a replacement box at no charge.

It was great until they removed the plastic tray at the bottom. The other reviews are right, now it's just a big box that has no protection and smells. I have no idea why they removed the plastic, you can't recycle that box, because it has waste in it. Over all, it no longer does what it claims to do, so I'll have to cancel and try something else.

Love this club we have only been a member for a few months and we are in love thank you for making it easy and do not have to lug heavy litter boxes from the store to the car in my house blah blah blah blah and the best part is its a throwaway litter box

Products are really great, but expensive - and shipping is so unpredictable and slow that you can't rely on it. You can't really keep this litter going for an extra week, so we've had to spend even more to go buy litter 3 times now due to delayed shipments.
