Customer service is horrendous! Called multiple times that the agents were very rude, short, and not helpful. I called to ask a tech to walk me through calibrating the EST. His response was, "go to the website." Unfortunately, I couldn't because I was in the middle of a ball park. Redcat needs to work on their customer service. I always seem to get some clown that seems like they do not want to do their jobs - assist customers.
