Good morning Malcolm. Sorry to hear that you feel let down that we cannot carry out warranty work on your Dacia. We are an authorised repairer for Renault going forward however at the moment there is a legal issue as to why authorised repairers cannot work on Dacia vehicles only Renault. We are hoping this is sorted out asap but it is completely out of our control i am afraid.

Called in to service dept last Tuesday to discuss a problem with my sandero which I I purchased in may,only to be told sorry we can no longer help as we no longer do dacia I have had no cmmunication from harratts to say they had ended there dacia dealership and to add insult to injury they recommended a dealer who it turns out doesn't start trading until September on my experience all I can say is be wary of buying from harratts.

My car was due for MOT - as I have a service plan with Harratts, I obviously took it there. I work remotely and needed to continue whilst awaiting my car to be ready - Andrea gave me an empty office to work from and Nathan topped me up with coffee! Not to mention the MOT team spotting potential issues and repaired on site through Kia warranty. I can't thank this team enough - outstanding service throughout.

We recently bought a second hand Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Jack Hutton. We live in Scotland so we did the whole sale over the phone. We also traded in our car at the same time. Obviously, this means there had to be a lot of trust on both sides. Everything went very smoothly and a driver brought our new car to us the following week. The driver was courteous and arrived on time, he took our old car away. Our new car is perfect for us, we've had no issues with it at all. Jack has rung us a couple of times to see how we are getting on with the car and if there are any problems. We are delighted by the excellent service from Jack and Harratts, we would definitely use you again and will highly recommend you in the future. Great service, thank you.
