I have looked into this and through your order notes, I can see that you raised your concerns on Sunday 26th September. Unfortunately, as you received the rug on the 14th of June whereby your concerns were raised around 4 months after receiving the item, this does fall out of our Terms and Conditions. We do offer leeway in various situations for our customers where concerns are raised but this is too far out of the timeframe of which we are able to issue your requests. We are very disappointed with the 'Ariana Criss Cross Soft Fringed Rug' we ordered from Land of Rugs. It hasn't been cut straight so the rug looks awful and no matter how you try and lay it the rug simply looks crooked. Complete waste of money and Land of Rugs refuses to replace the item or offer a refund. They say that we need to report a fault within 48 hours which is ridiculous as this fault isn't something that could have been any cause of our own. If the rug wasn't cut straight it wasn't cut straight. It shouldn't matter if I tell them in two hours or a few months. This was nothing to do with wear or tear or any fault of our own. The product should never have based any quality controls, if they have any at all. It did take us time to figure out why the rug just didn't look right and it wasn't until I took the time to measure it that I realised it wasn't straight. Very disappointed with this company. I'm not asking for my money back but just a simple replacement. I wouldn't recommend this company and certainly won't be using them again.
Good purchasing experience, rubbish product. The rug I bought is awful, loose threads come off it constantly which is a shame because the colours in it are beautiful.
