Lorenzo, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately cabins do sell and we try to the best of our ability to ensure our guests are accommodated. Since we were unable to do so we issued a full refund due to the circumstance. We hope you give Blue Beaver another chance in the future!

MUST Read *****WARNING***** Read the fine print. Covid has been a wreck on our inner circle. My family and i had not been able to spend much time together. We decided to plan ahead understanding things would book up fast. We held weekly meetings to plan out our trip, making sure we would be able to create as many memories as possible. Little did we know the vague policy literature means, at any giving moment they can cancel your trip due to things out of their control. One of the things out of their control consist of your rental selling. We totally understood this after the fact of not being notified the cabin was up for sale. Instead of accommodating, we were left with two weeks before New Years to figure out something different. Although this company expects the customer to pay at least 30 days in advance they dont offer you any notice in advance. It seems as if the customers convenience and experience is the last thing they care about. You would think there would be a contingency plan, understanding a customer tying up 4K of funds. Also, for anyone looking to book please know your booking has no Guarentee at any time and can be cancelled without notice. To say I was highly upset is an understatement.

Took a family trip to Broken Bow and we stayed at the Wapiti lodge. There was both good and bad which Ill describe. Booking online was relatively easy and we received the appropriate info and driving directions to the cabin. The cabin itself was tidy and well furnished. We didnt use most of the amenities but it was nice to get everything considering the cost. Overall everyone seemed happy with the cabin itself. However we had some issues. One of the AC units wasnt working. I called the main number to inform the office and heard the dreaded your call could not be completed as dialed. We tried several times and then called the number we were supposed to text and got a response. Maintenance came and checked but couldnt fix it but an AC repairman came the next day to fix it. Other than that, I had trouble sleeping at night and was itching severely. I woke up the next morning with several red bug bites. I assume they are bed bugs. As it turns out I was not the only one in our group that had this issue. It may be time to change the bedding. The roads that lead to the cabin are unpaved. Not only that, there are giant potholes throughout. Not small potholes but third world level potholes. You wont necessarily need a 4 wheel drive but your vehicles suspension will take some wear and tear. If I go back to Broken Bow in the future Ill definitely shop around a bit before settling on Blue Beaver again. Its not the worst but my experience has certainly colored my perception of this place going forward.

This was my first time here, and I was mind blown how nice these cabins are it blew my expectations of a cabin near a lake away. They are beautiful inviting cabins with plenty of room. They are in a perfect location. They are far enough away from the hussel and bussel of everything, but not to far away that it's an inconvenience to go enjoy the lake or the nice little town that has tons of things to do that look like so much fun.

We have been staying with Blue Beavers Luxury Cabins for 8 years and the past several years we have rented cabins twice yearly. This year, we stayed at Everythings Pine, ( the first cabin we ever rented years ago, formerly Off the Grid ) while the cabin itself is beautiful, several items were not as advertised. We were very disappointed. When we arrived the indoor fireplace would not work, the fan and light in the living area did not work, ( we were told later that a new fan/ light was on order. ) The upstairs foosball table was broken and light bulbs were missing or out in both the living area and the guest bath. Our stay was interrupted with two separate repair services. The first got the fireplace lit but it went out again on the last day of our stay and could not be restarted. ( It was February and very cold) The second set of repair guys told us the foosball table would have to be taken apart to fix . We never got replacement light bulbs. We understand that life happens, but this was too much.
