I used this place for my sons last two birthday shirts. All was fine except for the super long wait times. However, my recent experiences weren't the best. The customer service sucks. They never speak, say we'll be right with you or anything. Came in weeks prior to see if they had the size t and no one ever helped me, didn't speak didn't say sign in, nothing. I left came back waited two hours and they didn't even have his shirt size. Said if I brought my own shirt it would be $6 extra per color. There were so many colors. I was disappointed because his party is two days away. My friend refered CQ design in the groove. I called he had my kids size in the color I wanted and took care of me, plus charged me half price! The owner was friendly too. He has a new customer for sure!

As we discussed, and as is the standard in our industry, we do honor the same bulk pricing for orders that are added within a reasonable amount of time from the initial order (usually 1 week), which we have done for you. We cannot honor a bulk price when an order is placed 10 months after the initial order for 2 shirts. Since this was something that you did not understand when we spoke, I offered to refund you the difference, which you said was not necessary.

Fast service CHURCHES BEWARE!!!! Icame into Baked T because I live in U. City . 10 months ago regardless of the service I received from the other huge employee I still ordered my choirs T shirt from them. At the time of the first order I asked would all the T shirts that will be ordered at a later date would remain the same price! 10 months later because of new members I was charged 25 dollars more for only 2 shirts. NEVERTHELESS I WILL NOT BE BACK.
