Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. From the very beginning with delayed responses, to being harassed with multiple calls and emails at a time, to being hung up because the founder was "frustrated" - it has just been a horrific experience working with Larry Peoples and his company. If I didn't respond to an email (to my personal email while I was at work where I can't stop and check my personal email every 10 minutes) then I would get multiple calls and emails asking for a response. And when I did reply saying I was in a meeting, he would proceed to call/email me. When he told me the shirts were ready, I emailed him letting him know who would be picking them up and on what day. He emailed me that morning asking what time and I responded with the time. Shortly after that I received an email saying he never heard back from me and that I couldn't pick up the shirts until at 1p and that "it would be nice if I called first" . I emailed back, forwarding my response and then decided to call Larry to make sure someone would be there for pickup. He told me that he was leaving the office to go visit his new grandson and "didn't know what to tell me". I attempted to tell him how difficult it has been to work with him and that this was not a good experience or customer service. He proceeded to talk over me condescendingly and kept saying "I don't know what you want me to say. I finished your shirts, didn't I?". I kindly informed him that after this we would not being working together in the future and he said "well I guess I won't try and be back by 11:30". I informed him that he has an obligation to a paying customer to provide what they are paying for. He then said "I guess I will try to be back by 11:30" and hung up on me. There is more I could say, but I guess the main point I'm trying to make is: please save yourself the trouble of working with Austin Screen Graphics. It is worth paying double or triple the cost of someplace else than to have to go through this experience. I have screenshots of the conversations and call logs if proof is necessary.

Austin Screen Graphics is a company near and dear to my heart. Not only is the customer service and product quality impeccable; its run by a man with a big heart. Every year my family uses ASG to create our team shirts for the VisionWalk hosted by Foundation Fighting Blindness. We do this walk every year and raise thousands of dollars and usually win some sort of award for having awesome shirts and team spirit. ASG always makes sure we get exactly what we want and that we are happy with the product. Pride of work and strong values definitely shine through with every order!
