Signed up literally a week ago just moved down here. Was told day care was included in the more expensive membership so I signed. Went back in a week later and day care is now separate costing 25 dollars a month more. But wait theres a catch now I cant downgrade my membership without paying 100 dollar fee. Thats called getting scammed out of your money. Will be leaving this gym as soon as I can. This is dishonest business practice

I got the higher membership that at the time included kids club. Which is the only reason I pay for the higher rate. Now they are a charging an additional $25 per month for childcare + $5 for each additional child. Which is bad enough. But then if you want to downgrade to $10 per month you have to pay $100 to register this should be waved for current members or at minimum reduced. This is the option they sold me on. My membership was supposed to include childcare, tanning, and the gym. I could care less about the tanning. So Im going to pay the $100 to have it reduced because I refuse to pay these people that much more per month. Just a heads up to anyone looking at this gym in the future.

Good variety of group fitness classes,weight machines clean, modern. Love the movie room so I can run on the treadmill while watching a movie. Makes working out fun!

Hello...I've been working out here for about 5 months. I can't find any downsides during the 5 months I've been working out here.. What I like the most is 1. Large parking lot..2 Big building(inside) 3. Clean toilet and sauna facilities.(I love sauna)some place don't have. 4 .Many exercise equipment .(but something different stuff need)5.Convenient transportation location .(I don't know Lakeland very well but I think this place is main street .everything not far away.ex) highway,store, shopping mall,etc... I don't do it every day, but I go occasionally to enjoy exercise, and I'm satisfied. And my wish is to have a massage chair. (put coins in)..... Not every day, but occasionally, please come and keep your health. :)

It is a very nice gym. Many machines to choose from and cardio machines as well. Friendly staff, BUT....in the a.m. the men's locker room is as dirty as I have ever seen any gym. Especially during this time of covid it really is amazing to see how nasty it is. Trash cans overflowing, locker room area with paper towels and bottles everywhere, showers with stuff on the floor, and the sauna even has cans inside, paper towels, just stuff inside. I am sure what happens is there is one guy that comes in at 8am to do the cleaning and none of the trainers or front desk folks will touch the locker rooms during the day. It all piles up until he gets in. Its really unbelievable. This isnt just one time, but every morning.
