Hi Grace, Thank you for the insight. This was not the owner, as I am the owner. This was an employee that will no longer be working for us. I have always prided myself and our store to be kind, courteous and above all friendly to our customers as well as our colleagues. This is NOT acceptable behavior and will not be tolerated or excused. I was away from the store yesterday, and wasnt made aware of this situation until my return late last night. I am so extremely sorry that you had to witness such abhorrent behavior and made to feel uncomfortable. I hope that you will give our little Scandinavian store another chance, knowing that we have taken action against this employee.

Such a cool store with amazing items! However, when I visited the owner (I assume) was yelling at an employee that was extremely kind to the customers in the store. So unbelievably unprofessional. Plus, I was eves-dropping and she was completely overreacting. As a customer service worker myself, nothing is more embarrassing and demeaning than being yelled at over small issues in front of customers. Nobody deserves to be treated the way that employee was treated, no matter what he may have done. Please have some compassion. Likely will not return.

Cool looking store with some nice things. However the black male sales associate followed us throughout every inch of the store, as if we were trying to steal. Quite an uncomfortable shopping experience. I saw a couple things id purchase, but after feeling incriminated I wont be back.
Looooove the Candy .. Nordic candy is so hard to find! Been there twice ,,, just wish they would have more variety of Bubs "skum" \ "foam" selection. Especially raspberry/licorice or the banana my absolute favorite. Lovely to have you guys in the neighborhood
