Booked apple cottage for the hot tub but it didnt work at all during the stay and the hotel were unable to fix it. The shower wouldnt turn off and the rooms were generally in disrepair (toilet seat came off when sat on in another of our partys room.) Most disappointing was that the hotel manager promised a replacement stay to make up for the disappointment but has not responded to any emails since so we feel very much tricked having settled the final bill for the room at over 500 when the facilities were not as advertised.
