She gave you the pricing of canvas or next level brand T-shirts that are retailed at Michaels for $9.99 each. During your visit, those were available stocks. Its a wholesale business and we do have business accounts and in some cases get priority over general browsing or inquiries. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming for us and we expect our customers a little consideration. Thanks for mentioning that they did try. So I visited cotton mine on saturday 6/20/20 and this place was super tight online it looks like a pretty huge place but I was told that they had to move because of some reason, (there was no upstairs downstairs etc.) the workers were just stuffed in the back some kinda way... The guy who actually prints transfers on the papers for you he was very nice so this review isn't for you bro., but the lady (where are the emojis, when i need one) she is the absolute WORST ! I was asking her to see some of the pre-printed designs that were inside of the case and she was acting like she didn't want to show me and holding them like I was going to steal them or something then before even trying to finish helping me she starts helping some other guy talking over me and then when I said excuse me I was here first she "yells" at me saying she doesn't have anything !! when what I wanted was right there... Then she calls one of the other guys to help me and when he comes over and I pull out my money then she wants to be nicer and be helpful. And then she told me a dozen tee shirts were $60 - WHAT !!!, (not to mention it sound like she made that price up, when we asked her) I went around the corner and got a dozen GOOD QUALITY tee shirts for $30 a dozen.... Yeah I won't go back here anymore at all, I'd rather drive to another state if I have to have the experience I had there last Saturday with whoever that broad was working at the register... Who was on her cellphone the ENTIRE TIME TRYING TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.......... To the owner of this establishment.... you definitely need to seek out better customer service and get rid of whoever she was b/c she is the worse
