Your purchase of a puppy is not fake, but your statements of our breeder and kennel are. Our breeders are not Amish nor Puppy Mills, nor have they been shut down, and it is impossible for there to be videos of stomach turning conditions, as our kennels are inspected and approved by the USDA (just had a completely A+ satisfactory inspection last week actually). Our kennels are not Puppy Mills and are the cleanest and most well cared for around. They are in complete compliance with USDA and State regulations, our parents have regular vet care and the puppies are in clean, caring conditions. Dr. Page, a very reputable and respected vet has designed our shot program for our puppies, but we're sorry you feel differently about the shots. Some people do, it's an opinion thing, but we have never had Parvo, never had Distemper, etc. That is due to our cleanliness and shot program. It works. No Puppy mill can say that they've never had these illnesses. Most of all, we're sorry your puppy is not feeling well. We hope she is feeling better quickly. Since we know no details, because when you called to inform us we were told we weren't allowed to talk, and it was clear you expected us to sit and listen while you hurled insults, profanities and false accusations, we have no idea what's going on with your puppy and that upsets us. We have no idea if you followed the law and took her to the vet within the first ten days of taking her home. The fact that you are just now seeing this 3 weeks after taking her home could very well mean she picked up a parasite while in your custody. Especially considering you claim you have 4 other animals. By law you are to take the puppy to the vet within ten days, where they would do a fecal test. If she had parasites now from us, there should be a positive fecal test from the exam you were supposed to do in the first ten days. But the fact is you have not shared any information with us, no diagnosis, no further treatment plans. You are keeping us in the dark, yet going around online with libel and slander. You're willing to send videos of our kennel to anyone, so please send them to us. The best way to show these videos would be to post them, instead of private contact, but we remind you that any video you post claiming to be ours, that IS NOT our kennel, is libel and against the law. We'll assume if no videos are made public in a manner that we can see them, that you have no such videos showing our actual kennels. We are 100% confident that there are no videos of bad conditions in our kennels as there are no bad conditions in our kennels. If anyone has any questions on the true state of our kennels, they are free to contact the PA Bureau of Dog Law at 717-787-4737. We ask that you cease and desist the libel of our business on the internet and the slander you threaten to tell people. Again, we are sorry your puppy isn't feeling well and would really like to work amicably with you on this. We have had no communication as to the next steps and what the diagnosis could possibly be. We've never had a customer completely unwilling to discuss the problem with us before. We stand behind our warranty and wish to work in a friendly manner with our customers (we have always been able to before), so if the problem originated in our store, we will take care of it. If it did not originate in our store, we would hope that you would recount all the false accusations you have made against us in anger. Again, cease and desist your slander and libel of us , and please keep contact to a friendly manner for actual discussion of vet bills and the problem instead of insults and untrue accusations. We need details and to be able to work with you instead of phone calls full of screaming, cussing, insults, slander, being hung up on, and not even being able to speak to you or ask questions. We hope she's feeling better and hope that you have a great weekend.

My dog is sick! Intestinal issues and if they think I'm going to bring her back, it won't be in the best interest of her health. You wouldn't send a kid back to a bully. The breeder is an Amish Puppy mill that has been shut down and there is footage of how horrible the stomach turning conditions are. Just sick! And this is not fake, I have my receipt and her paper work to prove this. Don't let this place tell you it is a lie. Anyone can feel free to contact me, I'm not in any group or affiliation with and I shouldn't have to Prove it because somebody wants to post a response saying that I'm fake. Feel free to contact me my name is the same on Facebook and I'll send freaking videos and any other proof you want. Shame on me for buying from them but lesson learned and I felt it is my duty to let the public know. They also don't give premium shots to these pops and the exact ones they need.

Look...no one likes to see dogs in cages. I dont understand those reviews. Other than buying from a private seller in their home, where are puppies kept? Heck all of your groomers have cages too!?!?! Anyway, if you dont like to see them in cages, buy one! Our dog, Tank (on the right in the photo), a Lhasapoo, that we purchased in 2013 from this store is a wonderful, happy, healthy, member of our family. We stop in from time to time to look. We have two...not sure about adding another but we would definitely buy from here again!

No...we don't. You may be seeing the picture someone else attached to our account. That isn't us and you're welcome to stop in and see that, or check out our website with ACTUAL pictures of our kennels. That image can easily be reverse image searched to see that it's an old photo and not us at all. But thanks so much for the 1 star. Have a great day.

You guys really have a picture of your dogs in a cage like that walking on that wire looking filthy I was looking to buy UNTIL I SEEN THAT!!!
