Stopped at Brys yesterday. The hostess at check-in was very unfriendly and rude. The woman assigned to assist us with the wine tasting was amazing. However, this was overshadowed by the hostess. Didn't buy a thing. She needs some lessons in customer service.

This is a gorgeous place with a very nice selections of wines!! The staff was SO nice!! Ernest greeted us and was so nice and helpful! Our server Haley was lovely and so wonderful to work with. We had the best time here!! The deck is beautiful and the lavender lotions smell amazing too :) We'll be back!

Hello Holly. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your visit. We have shared your message about the hostess with tasting room management to look into. Our Lawn Bar is our outdoor service area for larger groups and guests on wine tours with shuttles or tour buses. The Lawn Bar does have a view of the vineyard and bay, but is not as elevated as the Upper Deck, our service area that accommodates smaller group sizes and guests who make reservations in advance. The wine we serve at the Lawn Bar is the same - and priced the same - as wines served elsewhere on the property. We do not offer our cheese & charcuterie boards in this area due to the volume of guests we see here and our limited kitchen staff and space, but our Wine Country Snack Box and Mediterranean Mezza Box are great options for guests on tours that are on a stricter time schedule and want something quick to snack on. Again, we're sorry you didn't have a nice time...this is definitely not something we like to hear. We suggest making a reservation for table service next time so you can enjoy the seated wine country experience you were looking for. Kind regards.

We came to this winery via wine tour bus. They were VERY rude. Hostess said go order over there- which was an outdoor over priced stand with bad wine and cheap box lunch food no view. The other wineries were very nice, had wonderful wines, food, views and attitudes. Before we left I walked past hostess to the deck - it was very nice back there but our designated spot in the front yard was not. VERY disappointed.
