I have been ordering from nutstop.com for over a year . Although they are expensive, it is convenient. During this time did not have any problems with this outfit . My last orders is becoming head ache. I ordered as usual and I got my order except this time I am missing one of item . I have been calling customer service and no one ever answers. So I sent email and massages and no respond . Just think twice before ordering I wont order any more since their customer service sucks.they already charged me for the item which by the way was the most expensive item on my order
I feed squirrels and birds shelled raw peanuts but it's getting to be too expensive. So I did some research and looked into buying peanuts online....wow the prices are great. I also love walnuts and now I don't have to pay the high prices grocery stores charge!
First few times everything good - without email notification about order status and shipment, but ok, order just arrived to door during the time described in shipment policies. Last time my order was confirmed, money charged. After 6 days order still - PROCESSING. Called them and - "we don't have this item in our warehouse", but i never received any notification from them about this during order placement or 6 days after. And this item is still available on their website. My production completely stopped - and now i have late orders from my store.
