To purchase the controller was easy quick and everything went well product was poorly made so it broke within 3 months I finally made contact after several tries and was told repairing was a easy fix. Sent it back for repairs and here I am a year later and still no control what a disappointment. They take weeks to respond to my email and say they are sending it but it never gets sent I feel I was robbed of my over $300 purchase

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Its been 1 month and i still havent received my controller. I paid the extra money for fast processing and shipping speed and my controller still hasnet arrived. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Bought a controller for my boyfriend. Tried to contact and figure out the final design and after about a week got it figured out and they had the finish product done and shipped to me within 2 weeks. They were so patient and didnt give me a hard time at all about having to redo the design. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work in helping me create a awesome controller for my love.

Absolutely terrible customer service.. paid $300 for a customized elite controller and the internals are wired wrong. Pushing buttons by itself when I got it. They still haven't gotten back to me after 6 months... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
