Before working with Michele, I was looking for a coach to help me become a better leader for my team and help with work-life balance. I've had the pleasure of working with Michele Norris for the past 18 months to help develop my coaching and leadership skills. I first met Michele when she taught a class at the University of Tampa on multi-generational leadership and dealing with different personas. I was immediately hooked on the concept and wanted to learn more. Michele has helped me develop as a leader by challenging me to look deep inside, have difficult conversations and follow through on my actions. Hard conversations were never as hard as I was imagining them to be in my head and she helped me get through that. If anyone is considering executive coaching or leadership development, I would highly recommend asking yourself if you are ready to be challenged. Michele certainly brings the expertise to pull out of you the skills you didn't even know you had. During our 18 months Michele also enrolled me in a PQ course which was all about harnessing positive intelligence. This was a huge help in having crucial conversations with my colleagues as it helped me resist the need for fight and brought me over to the same side of the table, enabling a positive cohesive working relationship.
