We used them for a couple of years and service was ok, turnaround time was slow and sometimes delayed, but not awful. Then a year ago they printed all our shirts in the wrong color and refused to help absorb the cost of the shirts that were unusable bc they ruined them. Janet, who works with design was always rude so we decided to stop using them. We made the mistake of trying again and Janet was repeatedly rude to me as well as my staff, they didn't warn us that they take the tags off the shirts which is going to cost us hours of payroll to retag and they point blank will tell you that you don't matter as a customer. Do not recommend.
I started working at Printex USA February 1st. It's the best job I've ever had hands down. The people an management are great people. The management will do anything to help you if you need it as well. I am very blessed to have got the opportunity to work here.
