Josh, Number one, this review is irrelevant due to your wife telling me on day one to only deal with her during this project. Number two, YOUR wife told us that she did not want to move forward due to material availability issues. Number 3, the check that was written for the non refundable deposit, that you stated was stolen, bounced. And lastly, other than that deposit that bounced, I never received a dime for time or materials. Im sure as you know by now, that I have taken out a lien on your wifes house until I am paid what Im owed.

The owner took thousands of dollars in deposits for work he never showed up to perform, and now he won't answer our phone calls. We are currently seeking legal action for the money he stole and the damages caused by his poor workmanship. Do not use this contractor!!!!!

Incredibly pleased with the work that SimCo has done on our house! Six months ago we bought a rundown home in North Springfield MO that barely had walls or floors. We had a short turn around to get into the house, and SimCo went above and beyond to get it into livable condition for us. Since then, we've been remodeling and upgrading and SimCo has been able to complete all our projects quickly, professionally, and within our budget. We love how fantastic our house looks now!
