Went in to print one architectural layout needed for a meeting that day. Talked to the guy at the front desk who was pretty passive, he told me they dont print while you wait, it was company policy. I asked how long if I left and he said 3-4 hours. As I looked around no one was really doing much. So I left and I found a print shop that was friendly and more than happy to do it in time for my meeting. Thank you Print Mor.

The Goth girl at the front has a disgusting attitude. She was cold, unhelpful and extremely dismissive. If you don't wan't to assist customers, kindly find a new job or go sit in the back!

Perfect bound printing is an intricate process that requires us to work from a single-paged PDF file with high-res images and adequate bleed. We do our best to communicate this complexity and understand it can be frustrating when we can't work from spreads without bleed. They have very slow response. If you really need $250 least to make a perfect bound book, you can obviously provide better service instead of wasting customer time. I put forward my urgent needs from the very beginning. All they did was put forward unclear layout requests, slow responses, and inexplicable reasons for price increases.
