Maria as I remember the call I explained we have a waiting list for Yorkshire Terriers. There is a Contact Us Form on the website where you place your breed and gender preference along with cell phone number. You would have been told we contact people in the order we receive the inquires by cell phone when your number comes up next on the waiting list. Many people want to know when they will be contacted ? The dog breeding world is full of unknowns when will a female come in heat ? Every 6 to 9 months. Will the female actually conceive ? Will the puppies thrive after birth ? Will the puppies pass their physical ? How many males and how many females ? Sometimes they are all males or all females in the litter. Then the big unknown who ahead of you will respond , come out purchase , and take a puppy home ? There is no way to predict all of those variables. We live in a time when you go on line and tomorrow what you wanted is on your front porch . Dog breeding is not at all like manufacturing and distrusting a consumer product. We can not call the manufacturing facility and put on an evening and night shift to increase production. Pre pandemic 60,000 to 80,000 website views annually March 2020 through February 2021 1,788, 000 website views . I am certain if you look hard enough you will find multiple people who will provide you with a puppy immediately . You will also find multiple people who say they will provide the puppy - just send them a deposit. Every week people tell me they were scammed. We will NEVER ask for a deposit and we will NEVER accept a deposit until you have met with and picked out your puppy. We contact people on the waiting list when their cell phone number comes up next.

I called to ask if they had any Yorkies available and Tom (I believe thats what he said his name was), was incredibly rude on the phone. I merely asked a question and he went off on a tangent about how everyone wants puppies due to the the pandemic, and that I am not unique in wanting one. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
Atiya, I'm sorry about the communication issues. It can be difficult to chat via text message. If you'd like to give us a call instead, we could answer any of your questions with ease. Take care! -Windsor Oak Farm

I txted the other day to ask general questions the comments about these ppl being rude are very true. Had the nerve to ask me if English was my second language? They tried to clean it up after I said they were rude, by saying I wasnt understanding basic terminology. Smh. Ill take my money elsewhere.
Jlaray, thanks for showing your support! Happy and healthy puppies are what we're all about, and we love hearing about perfect matches. If there's anything we can help you with or if you have any questions, just let us know! -Windsor Oak Farm

My puppy is now 8 months & super healthy, my experience was very professional I knew what puppies I wanted to look at when I got there so I showed him the pics from the site & he brought me those exact pups & I chose mine right away! No major issues thus far! Great Breeder!
Taking home a new furry family member is no small feat, Tee. I always ensure my pup's new families will be well-equipped to take great care of these little babies. There's nothing I love more than getting to share my knowledge and passion for raising these dogs with you. We're glad your little one is adjusting to her new life. If there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to give us a call. -Windsor Oak Farm

I purchase a Poochon from Windsor Oak Farm on December 30, 2020. My family wanted a dog but we all suffer to some level of allergies. After much research we found that poodles and Bichon Frisé dogs are hypoallergenic and make great family dogs for those with small children. Finding this mix in my area was difficult to say the least. Most rescues will not release small dogs to families with small kids. An internet search led me to Windsor Oak Farm so I checked out their reviews and reached out. At the time there was a littler of Poochons for sale but all were reserved but we were kindly told that more would be available in the upcoming month. I jumped at the chance and the day they became available I went there first thing in the morning. At that point we met Tom and he gave us some time with the two Poochons available. After confirming that we did indeed want to take her home and proceeded to inform me of what I needed to know to care for her up until her first vet appointment. He inquired about my life to give us custom advice for house and crate training. Tom was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what to expect in the next few days as the Poochon adjusts to a completely knew environment and he gave great tips on when and how to feed her. Our Poochon has a clean bill of health and is socially well-adjusted. While the price of getting a pet has sky-rocketed due to covid, she was well-worth it in becoming our new family member.
Linda, this is absolutely not true, and we don't appreciate this slandering. Our puppies are raised happy and healthy on our large farm, with plenty of room to socialize and play. If there's anything we can help you with, please just give us a call. If not, we'd appreciate it if you'd remove this false review. - Windsor Oak Farm
