I had an appoitment at 9:30 am, there was a mistake because they had 9:00 am in the system. He told me it would take 3.5 hours to change two rear tires! He told me it was their normal time to only change two tires !!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

STRONGLY ADVISE CHECKING ALL BELONGINGS AFTER GETTING CAR BACK. I had a closed bottle of prescription pills inside the closed center compartment of my car while dropping it off with a flat tire yesterday. After job was done, I opened my car door to see the opened bottle of pills scattered on the drivers side floor with the bottle under the seat and the cap in the drivers side door. Brought it to the managers attention, there is obviously someone working there who goes through your car or must have a drug problem so beware.

When it comes to honest service this is my new go to place... Spoke to Alan and he actually explained the service my car needed to me which was really nice. Hard to find places like this nowadays.
