I had one item that I wanted personalized for a Father's day gift. I took it in over a week ahead of time. Inquired if they had capacity to have it completed by Father's day. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I would be contacted within the next 2-3 days. Fast forward a week later and I still hadn't heard anything. I called to check on it. I was reassured it would be done later that day. I never heard anything. I called the next day, which was the Friday before father's day. They assured me it would be done later in the day before closing. I show up @ 4:30. They close at 5. Still not done. And I never really got an answer as to why. It was just sort of "oh well I didn't get around to it". Now it's father's day weekend and I have no idea what I'm going to do. While, I can't comment on the quality of work. I can promise I won't be back. If they didn't have the capacity or the desire to do the job, they should have said so. I would have went somewhere else.

We recently had some shirts and sweatshirts made. This was our first and this will be the last time ever to use them. The clothes absolutely reek of stale cigarette smoke that was difficult to get out of the clothing. I would not do business with this shop in the future. They have a no smoking sign on the door, but they do smoke in there.
