Hello Mr. Boulay we are sorry to see your 1-star review. We have reviewed our records and it appears your date of repair was March 2021. Our tech did visit your pool to make the repair and thought he had fixed your issue as we did not hear back from you. We do charge a minimum for the service call as with all repair work. We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We would like to earn your 5-star review and hope you will consider us again on a future repair.

Charged for the visit but could not fix the problem.. You tube helped me figure it out. I replaced a back flow valve and my pool was running again. I am sure other people may have a better experience. Unfortunately for me I had to figure it on my own and paid for no service.

Just had another great experience with service from this business and realized I've never shared it. They have consistently responded quickly, taken care of my issues, and charged fairly. I've been using them for years without one complaint. Also get my supplies there. Finally, if you're lucky enough to get Nate for service, he walks on water. Thanks!
