Terrible..... went here to support small business Saturday and was so disgusted... employees made us feel as though we were trying to steal items... basically stalked us around the store "asking"us if we needed "help" will NEVER return to this store.

This is cool local toy store which is not something you see often anymore. I would enjoy coming in here and browsing for cool, unique stuff. Some of the things are overpriced, but I didn't bother price checking. Just be aware of it before you go in as you might fall in love and end up paying too much for it.

This place has done a complete 180 as compared to a few years ago. There is new management which are now friendly (unlike the previous owners). They have also revamped the inside of the store making it much more organized and accessible. The toys are typically more expensive here but its worth it to support a small business and in Claremont no less!

Beautiful toys, wonderful layout, decent prices. I was disappointed however, in the lack of race representation with the baby dolls. Plenty of white dolls. Zero brown dolls. Zero. California is far from only white. Children deserve to play with toys that they can identify with. I've edited my comment because I visited just recently and they have completely bumped up their inventory of multi-ethnic baby dolls!

We were going to shop here today, as we usually do and were very disappointed to see that the owner was not wearing a mask. The vaccine is not available to kids under 12 and the Delta variant can be transmitted just as easily by vaccinated adults. Some children are immunocompromised. The owner should have thought about this before putting children at risk. It was sad to tell our daughter that we couldn't shop there today.
