If I could give no stars I would. I am a plumber and am constantly turning in scrap. IF YOU ARE A SERVICE MAN OR WOMAN DONT GO TO KRIPKE. They legitimately stole 200 dollars worth of metal yesterday, all by creating weird sub categories for the metal. Highly unprofessional and workers obviously don't know what clean or dirty brass and copper is. Go to R&M you WILL BE DISSAPOINTED BY KRIPKE.

I dont know who has been writing these fake reviews but let's be honest people. First experience, as it's a new business in our local area I love trying to support a growing opportunity. I showed up with some copper. In and out the commercial says. I get out the car no one to greet me walk around to find a worker after doing so I was able to bring my goods inside the scale house. The worker that was there was very passive aggressive. I'm a tradeworker I deal with this all day. After getting 21 questions for my small amount of copper. Wich consisted of why am I coming here where did I get it where do I usually go can I see your ibew card all of wich no problem and I answered. The guy goes on to give me a hard time about asking for a better deal on some pricing . He told me he couldn't help until I mentioned the commercial just very rude. I got my money from the girl upfront and told her that he was horrible customer service she was very nice . Second experience same gentleman approached my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the facility. He came right up to my car laughing I don't know why maybe assuming he recognized me from the first experience a week prior. I rolled down my window and he asked what I had I said a little copper and some wire. He goes on to now tell me a new policy has just come up that if recycling commercial goods I need to be linked to a contractor or I will not be able to recycle here. I'm a ibew local 8 union electrican I will not be linked to a contractor for person recycling needs absolutely ridiculous once again he was very passive aggressive with his remarks. I was treated like a criminal when I'm a professional wireman I will not recommend this place to a single trade worker or any of my brothers or sister in the ibew very sad
